Spring/Summer 2023 Recap
A lot happened in 2023! In the spring, I qualified for the UIL 6A State Tournament as a medalist, shooting 75/73. That performance launched me into a busy spring and summer tournament schedule.
I competed in the U.S. Open Qualifier, gaining valuable experience at 6,408 yards and carding 78/76. The following week, I played alongside college players and professionals at the Texas Women’s Open (6,511 yards), where I battled the extreme heat, made the cut, and shot consistent rounds of 75/76/76.
In June, I posted my career-best two-day total of 68/67 at the NTPGA All American Tour Series #2 at The Bridges Golf Club. Round 2 was especially exciting — with two eagles and three birdies on the front nine, I turned in a 29 (-7). Despite two bogeys on the back, I finished with a 67 and captured the tournament win. That victory earned me exemptions into the Ascendant LPGA VOA Championship, the 97th Texas Junior Amateur, and the Girls Junior PGA Championship.
Not every event went my way. At the USGA Girls’ Qualifier, I fell short of advancing to Colorado Springs for the Girls’ Junior after competing at Olde Stone in Kentucky the year prior. It was heartbreaking to have it all come down to 18 holes, but the experience gave me even more determination. College golf will demand consistency and resilience, and I am committed to putting in the work to meet those challenges head-on.

When I started thinking about colleges a few years ago, I made a list of things that were important to me. I wanted an authentic coach with great experience, a team with chemistry you could feel from their photos, a program with success and high standards. The good Lord knew my list was long and specific, but wouldn’t you know He would send me the perfect fit! I committed to be Aggie and can’t wait to become part of the women’s golf team and family in ‘24!
Thank you, Daddy and Mama for all you’ve done. I wouldn’t be where I am without you!
Hard work pays off and so do prayers!
Fall 2022

My Dad and Mom took me to the driving range for the first time in July 2014. I didn't know how to hold the club but when I made contact with the ball, I loved that feeling!
In the fall of 2015, I took my first lesson with Tony Allen at Meadowbrook Farms Golf Course in Katy, Texas. I was so shy at the beginning but Coach Allen had a way of building my confidence and making golf really fun. After each lesson and the more I practiced, I kept seeing improvement. I worked with Coach Allen for two years before moving to N. Texas.
I am a hard worker, am very coachable and focused on my future. My parents have always been supportive and have insisted on good sportsmanship, attitude and ethics in sports and in life. I am competitive like my older sister, Paige, who graduated in May 2022 as a student-athlete on a soccer scholarship at The University of Oklahoma.
I'm looking forward to becoming an Aggie in the Fall of 2024 at New Mexico State University and I look forward to being part the Women's Golf Team. My goal is to play on the LPGA Tour after my collegiate career. Thank you for taking the time to learn about me.
“I still believe today that Emma is on the road to the LPGA. With her outstanding work ethic and her parents’ support, Emma will continue to improve and dominate like her sister in soccer! So proud to be a small part in her life and golf.” ---

"I wanted to take a moment on our staff development day to send a quick shout-out to the parents of my most outstanding students. Emma has been doing great in my class this year. She's approached each assignment with enthusiasm, originality, and an outstanding work ethic. She has demonstrated proficiency with several materials and processes, and has produced some excellent work along the way. Emma's commitment to quality and self improvement helps to set the standard for artistic exploration in our classroom. In addition to her exceptional attitude and work ethic, Emma consistently treats others with respect and kindness. You might be surprised to know how rare this is for high school students. Teaching has plenty of challenges, but seeing students like Emma thrive and grow makes all the challenges worthwhile." --
